OMG..had 2.4km trail run today during pc lesson..aahh..super tired..i ran 14 mins 30 secs..i DID NOT improve!! aahh..i still cant hit my target!! omg!! think hav to try harder!! aahh..this means more running for me in this upcoming march holidays..hai..
after the run..we r supposed to do standing board jumps..another of my weakest component!! aahh!! can pass la..can jump 160cm..but i WANNA get my gold..which means i hav to at least get a C grade..which means i hav to jump at least a distance of 172cm..OMG..am i able to do so?? aahh!! rmb how i cheated last yr to achieve tat length..haha..last yr..i stood on the yellow line to jump..haha..this is how i achieve my 172cm..haha..BUT..tis year..i don wanna play cheat anymore..but..i still wanna my C grade..aahh..172cm lehs!! OMG!! can i do it?? mayb practice more jumps bahz..this is wat every1 tell me..hais....but i hav been practising since my sec sch days n still cannot make it..damn sianz.. =(
anyways..went for dinner with wei wei n family today..tml..wei wei will be goin into the army..aahh..gonna miss him siaz..hais..haha..when i saw him juz now..i realli cant recognise him lol..haha..cos he shaved off his hair le..and he looked tootally different frm b4..no kidding..haha..u can check out the pics ..he realli look different..haha..anyways..he brought his gerfren along..haha..it was my first time seeing her face to face..haha...not bad lol..got the mature lookin face..seems kinda friendly too..but..most importantly..i luv her hair..haha..it's like a mixture of colours..it is super nice..got brown..red..grenn..white..and some others..it is alot of different colours..btu..the effect it brings out was super damn nice..haha..wasted la..didn't manage to take a pic..hais..
oh ya..last but not least..juz wanna wish tat wei wei will hav a good time in NS..hope tat he will not be te kan by his commanders..muz guai guai ting hua inside wor..haha..gonna miss u..haha..u muz take care lehs..don make us worry for u..haha..jiayou jiayou zai jiayou!!! =D
