WEE~!
kinda long time since i've been online after i came hm frm sch! sch's been sians..but luckily the local lecturers r pretty not bad for this semester..had Daniel Tan's lecture earlier on for Corporate Accting...wa pian the subject is like TOUGH la! shit lo..so complicated -.- summore we'r still at the basics onli..hais! but Daniel is good..as in..i like his lectures! haha the way he explain things can b quite clear..which is good la..den his lectures not boring de..cos he will occasionally b joking to brighten up everyone's mood...he keep emphasizing that accting is a powerful language..acctants can b turned to a great salesman but a salesman cant b turned into an acctant..which i find it quite true..wahaha~ oh ya..i learnt sumting new frm him today..CPA = Cannot Pass Again! haha..he means that once u cleared the CPA exam to b a certifed acctant, u will realise that it's someting u cannot pass again -.- haha was quite funny when he said it in class..
oh did i say that he taught as b4? he taught us in Introductory Accountancy..which gave me a strong impression abt Debits & Credits..with the kung-fu way of drawing out e eg to make us rmb hw the double-entry work! haha..hopefully this time round, with corporate accting, i wuld b able to learn as much too..and achieved wat i had with introductory acctancy =) haha..
had FREE LUNCH for these 2 days! =) the AR lower trade team went for a lo hei cum lunch sessio yesterday..THANKS to alice for treating us to lunch at the Hong Kong Street Kopitiam..went for an almost 2 hrs long AR dept meeting this afternoon and again..had buffet lunch after that! haha..was abt to stoned when vivien, thomas & jane took turns to brief us on issues =P but vivien's realli professional during presentations la! i like the confidence she brought out unknowingly..sumting which i m lacking off! :X but anyways, i tink there's no realli free food under the sun in SG..wat they r giving is just an incentive to motivate us to work harder to achieve the targets they set for us! oh my tian..i can foresee e huge chunks of wrk that i m gonna receive...roars!
change seating position in office today! =) actually not a major shift..just a little revamp of the office to bring the lower trade AR ppl to b seated much closer tgt..the 4 of us..mag, lee peng, herbet & i are sitting tgt..with a cross-intersection btw us..i packed & transferred all my things myself la! including the comp & CPU & all the dumb wirings..tink i disassembled & ssembled 3 comps today! i can go wrk in the IT dept le =P wahaha..lol..was kinda surprised when stanley came over to ask if i require help in moving my comp not..since he was there to help mag..haha
tink i wuld hav to START revising for my wrk..or at least convince myself to go buy the EXPENSIVE textbookS to start doing the tutorial qns! holidaying mood for close to 1.5 mths is far tooo long le..oh my tian! and before i know it..DUE DATES FOR ASSIGNMENTS & TESTS R APPROACHING LIKE BULLET TRAIN! arrgs!
it was fun playing with peiyin...with our DS connected tgt and 'battling' with each other concurrently! =D
