wee! watched "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" with michy babeeee yesterday after wrk! =) nice show! wor th watching! =) finally our movie date which we had arranged way b4 the exams r over! haha! was good to hear that she's doing fine in her internship & the ppl there r nice to her =)
haha michy dear! now i know which kind of guys attract u!!! *oops* haha..was a great movie date yesterday! =) rmb how we didnt realised that we r seating on the wrong seats while we r in dere! i m such a blur poot! sry babe! =p haha more movie dates in the future! jiayou for wrk! rmb our waffledate too! =p wahaha! *loves*
though it's friday alr today, wrk sucked! :( had a meeting b4 lunch today which was supposed to b a presentation of the 1st quarter results..as expected..the harpers dept whose accts r under my care was performing the worst..as compared to herbert's consumer dept & jasmin's healthcare dept..vivien directly shot the qn with regards to y it was like that during the meeting..i was like "huh!" ohmytian! i realli didnt know how to ans her qn..she looks so intimidating at that instance! scary! so stressful..i didnt know wad i mumbled to myself & alice suddenly said sumting that it was due to the wholesalers issue..luckily she saved me..i wuld nv forget the being looked-down-upon feeling i had in me when those pairs of eyes of everyone's in the meeting stared at me during that few seconds when i had nothing to answer vivien's qn! *crys* wad's even worst is the damn him acting zhuai in front of me after the meeting! rawr! i m not even taking myself to compare with u..y muz u say such stuff? *faints*
was tinkin thru y things turn out to b like tat..mayb i m not strict enuff with the salesppl? mayb i just cant play the role of a credit controller well and more cut out to b just an admin staff? *hmmm* alice did told me before not to b too lenient with the salesppl..as they will tend to climb over our heads & bully us if we do so..but sumtimes i just cant bring myself to say such harsh things to them..i just cant bear to blame them for everything when it's realli not their fault at times..aiyah i duno la..mayb i shld just be a little stricter when liasing with the salesppl ba...i bet alice wuld give me much more things to do after today's meeting! *faints*
it's true that dere's not such things as free lunch in this world..being a perm staff with all the entitled benefits doesnt realli mean that the company is taking care of the employee's welfare..it's more of carrying the idea of imposing more responsibilty on the staff!
